Location, how clean it was and the bedding is of good quality all provided all white and clean, it was modern and it met expectations and then some. The space in master bedroom is adequate, good mirrors around. The shower is big and holds temperature well. Really really lovely space for family very comfortable.

The caravan is listed as sleeping people in the living room area, that’s insanity from the no bedding on that areas duvet etc, to the bed itself gave me 2 splinters physically bleeding in pain from trying to put it together, no instructions. Extremely uncomfortable and could not be slept on for a week so I’m glad we only booked for a short stay this time, I feel awful for the family that had to stay on that sofa bed situation it wasn’t a proper tucked in bed like you usually get in caravans, it was wooden boards and the hard sofa pieces with a duvet that has no bedding lining on, a 5ft person didn’t even fit on it , I’m not sure if we did it wrong or something but it was so broken the wooden piece it was confusing and had bad results of a bed sadly. The caravan warden allows people to smoke illegally offers absolutely no help whatsoever despite my newborn baby and two toddlers breathing in our caravan that smelt strongly of the substance misuse as the caravan next to us people was using it outside and it’s summer so our windows were open, expected better from the site.

😊👍Absolutely lovely clean caravan inside and out,veranda was an added bonus too.Complete with everything you would need to make you feel homely. The site location is absolutely perfect, bang in the middle of everything. Would absolutely recommend this van for others to book.

Perfect location.

As it is pet friendly (we weren't travelling with any on this occasion) there was unfortunately still some evidence of the previous guests. This was in the form of hair on the floor and (randomly) in the freezer compartment as well as a strong pet odour (the recent wet English weather had definitely contributed to this) which unfortunately meant we felt we had to cut our stay short.
