Location was perfect, right next to Fantasy Island with lots to do around. Extremely good value for money- massive lounge space with lots of seating, didn't feel cramped at all which caravans sometimes can. Easy to find with instructions given by host and was great to find out that the car parking pass was included. Didn't get to use the deck area, however if the weather was nice the addition of seating would have been great. Shower pressure was a lot better than I expected!
Some of the cutlery could do with replacing as it was a little worse for wear. Internet signal poor in the area which made it difficult to connect to the Firestick we brought with us (especially as the weather was poor which kept us inside more than usual)

Lovely caravan, lovely owner, perfect location. As others have stated it's not the quietest location but that's to be expected when staying opposite Fantasy Island! We also found it very handy to have a Spar and Greggs less than 2 minutes from the van!
