Abit noisy due to being near the main road

Location was amazing, wicked price & beautiful caravan.

The location was great however very noisy into early hours of the morning with drunk people leaving the pubs! Caravan right next to main road divided by a fence.

The noise. The double bed broke first night we were there and caused me an injury. You could clearly see it was on its last legs as it was an old metal frame which had quite a bit of work done to it to keep it in use however unfortunately decided to give up completely on our stay. I reported it and they did come and replace the bed the next day. They asked me how I was injured and I explained but nothing else was mentioned after that... wasn't a fun experience having to go to the emergency services late on a Friday night and being in pain with injury for the duration of the holiday. I was also dismayed to see that there was no first aid kit which would have been really helpful at the time! Was very dusty not the cleanest. Dirty shower with hair in it. A used nappy from a previous stay found under one of the beds in the twin rooms! Staff were very prompt to communicate before/during stay but after stay when I enquired about my deposit being returned got completely ignored. They did however return most of the deposit but not all of it. When I asked why? Once again I was ignored. So stay here at your own leisure folks. Hope you have a better experience than we did!
