Seaview Ingoldmells Linwood II 10 Berth, 4 Bedrooms, Central heated

Perfect location. Caravan was clean and tidy, had everything you needed. Beds were nice and comfortable which was heaven after a long exciting day with the kids.

Spacious van in a very good location ! Very good shower Comfy beds Small walk to the beach and pub etc Quiet and peaceful

Furniture needs a good clean Bathroom needs a little tlc (shower door) Radiator is rusty

Layout a bit different to what we’ve been to before making the kitchen very dark. We Had to clean round on arrival, nothing major-coffee rings on bedside tables, floors, kettle and a toilet and sink. The Wrong code was given for lockbox so had to contact them. Arrived 20 mins early with an elderly lady who needed the toilet after a 4 hour drive so asked for the key so she could use the loo as it was empty on arrival and was told no so I asked if they knew of somewhere close by she could go and they didn’t know, would have been helpful for a little bit of local knowledge. I emailed in advance asking if they had any chairs for outside and was told yes but when we arrived there was just one dirty, rusted and cracked chair. When we told the host we got told someone must of stolen it but surely these things are checked before guests arrive?! This kind of ruined it a little as we knew the weather was going to be nice so wanted to sit outside have a meal etc.. we would have brought our own hence contacting prior to our trip. Overall , the caravan is not very homely or warm or welcoming to be honest. Even a floor mat would have made a huge difference as there was a sign saying remove shoes on the door but it was pretty evident that people had not been as we had to clean the floor on arrival. We’ve stayed in some much nicer, cheaper properties close by.
