Location is ideal for heading into Skegness town center. Plus we found the directions really easy to follow to get to the caravan site. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Friendly, safe place to go for a holiday.
I suppose there was nothing we did not like about going/staying.

Loads of bedrooms clean and great location
The shower was hit and miss and actually could scold someone when it went hot but small bathtub meant we could level out temp the bench outside is falling apart

So big and spacious for my family had everything excluding an air fryer The owners were quick to message back and helpful when needed

Great location and was over all clean just some dirty clothes left behind from a previous guest.
We had no hot water all weekend due to an error code on boiler, we rang up and they said they would get the gas bottle swapped to a new one but on our return in the evening, the hot water still wasn’t working, so I was unable to bath my 1 year old.
