Byt je na prízemí, s východom na terasu. Počas horúčav sme ocenili vonkajšie žalúzie a klimatizáciu. Je vybavený príjemne a pekne, no trochu neprakticky. Chýbal nám priestor na uloženie veci v kúpeľni, v spálni je len skriňa na vešanie. V kuchyni je veľká umývačka riadu, ale len po 4ks tanierov. Ale sú to len drobnosti, ktoré mne osobne trochu vadili. Byt je inak pekný a určite ho odporúčam. Komunikácia s majiteľom bez problémov.
V byte bolo na zemi dosť špinavo, prach a vlasy. Cez steny počuť hluk zo susedných bytov. Po príchode sme nemali pripravenú tretiu posteľ, čo majiteľ po našej pripomienke napravil.

Appartamento nuovo con parcheggio gratuito dentro la struttura. Centro raggiungibile coi mezzi pubblici in circa 35 minuti (tram + metro). Il proprietario abita nel palazzo ed è sempre disponibile in caso di problemi
La doccia ha perso acqua allagando il bagno. Come detto prima il proprietario è intervenuto subito risolvendo il tutto. Nei servizi viene indicata la lavatrice che in realtà non è in casa. Se serve bisogna chiedere al proprietario per poter utilizzare quella delle signore delle pulizie

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sie war außergewöhnlich großzügig geschnitten und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit, die moderne Ausstattung sowie den sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden.
Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend und wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.
