We stayed here while attending a conference at the Vienna International Centre, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the convention center and also close enough to the train station, making it convenient to explore other parts of Vienna.
The facilities exceeded our expectations. It felt more like staying in a fully equipped apartment than a hotel, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was also excellent—fast, stable, and reliable throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the view overlooking the theme park. It was fun to watch, although it could get a bit noisy in the evenings.
One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel operates with a fairly self-service concept. This means housekeeping isn't provided daily unless requested, and services like towel changes are more limited. Because of this, we didn't always return to a freshly cleaned room after a long day, which took a little getting used to. On the plus side, the self check-in process was very efficient—we were checked in within about 20 minutes.
There are also convenient shops within the property, which was a nice bonus.
The only area we felt could be improved was the breakfast. While there was a decent selection, most items were served cold, and the overall taste was quite underwhelming—even simple items like the sausages, bread, and ham could have been better.
Overall, we'd happily stay here again, especially for business trips or conferences, thanks to its excellent location, outstanding facilities, and reliable Wi-Fi.

Cool and well-thought out rooms, delicious breakfast, wonderful bathroom amenities, friendly “sidekicks”, and really well located. Highly recommended and I would happily come back any time.

I book this hotel because close to prater park at the new year (sadly there's none). Prater is not in the heart of city so it's quite far anywhere.
The room size and shape caught my interest, and that's all what's good for me.No bathroom amenities at all, you need to buy! Bed and pillows too soft. Sofa was nice with blanket. No facial tissue.
Breakfast was just ok. You can order from the menu one each person. The buffet is standard for 4 stars hotel
