Great location for what we needed it for. Right near the beach in a slightly quieter side of Mablethorpe which is exactly what we wanted. The place was clean and tidy.

We booked last minute so I wouldn't say we were disappointed as we just wanted to get away to the seaside. There were just a couple of bits which weren't mentioned on the listing which we didn't know until the day when we received a message about the electricity being on the meter, we ran out a couple of times and had to put £3 in. We had to check if towels and bedding were included as this wasnt stated either (these were provided and were of good quality and clean). These things would just be useful to know in advance. There was a lot of useful things on some fronts such as camping chairs and seaside stuff but a couple of basic things such as decent sized pans and no frying pan which made cooking difficult so would be tricky if you were there for more than a couple of days. Sofa and chair could use with updating as they were old and tired and the whole place would benefit from a little TLC.
