Close to the beach and the ferry (goes to isla mujeres really quick and easy), big apartment and comfortable, and you have everything you need to cook your breakfast or anything you want. Also a washing and dryer, we stayed for one week so it was perfect.

Fantastic room and location. We stayed in C-902 and the views were gorgeous — quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we hoped for. Everything was clean and well prepared. AC in every room, a well-stocked kitchen with condiments, beautiful landscaped garden, convenient parking for our rental car, and a great pool area. The beachfront restaurant is fantastic — highly recommended. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The location is perfect: everything is close, authentic Mexico is just steps outside the gate, and the Ultramar port to Isla Mujeres is nearby. We’ll definitely be back if it’s available.

A few very small things to note. It would help to have a slightly clearer explanation of how the door lock works sent prior to arrival — it’s a bit of an unusual system, at least for U.S. guests. An additional elevator access key fob would also be useful for larger parties, since one fob per four people requires quite a bit of coordination to access the 9th floor. The TV had some minor screen issues, and access to the refrigerator is a bit tight. Complimentary kitchen garbage bags would also be a nice touch. Overall, these are small items, but addressing them would make the stay even smoother.

Les volets roulants, on ne pouvez pas s’en servir, Car sois disants seulement en cas de tempête.. donc pour dormir c’était vraiment pénible .. de plus ce n’était pas précisé.. de plus quand il pleut beaucoup l’eau s’infiltre ds la chambre .. si volets fermes on aurais pas eu ce problème
