Las areas comunes y el acceso a la playa muy bien
Que el mobiliario como cortina, manija, y sabanas no están en condiciones optimas y que no hubiera material de limpieza necesario ( papel, jabón de manos y baño, bolsas para basura,etc)

the pool and the beach area was perfect! also, there was this small restaurant just outside the big entrance with very local people and food.
also, we had a very big terrace.
the room wasn’t clean, especially not the kitchen. it smelled bad of fish. the check-in was very long and no-one really knew what to do. we had 4 different people helping us with the check-in, and there were a big language barrier with them all. it was hot and uncomfortable when waiting.
Also, when we finally were checked in, there were no reception or so, if we had questions about the area or where to get food etc.

"Nice flat with huge terrace, beautiful garden view, almost biggest pool I've ever seen, private beach. Shops, restaurants and ferry to Isla Mujeres just few minutes walking. "
