The space was clean, spacious and came with a great view of the ocean. Also within walking distance to the ferry docks to Isla Mujeres where we spent most of our time after discovering how easy it was to get to. Would definitely recommend for families or groups travelling to Cancun!
Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay due to heavy rainfall days before our arrival so we were unable to use it during our stay. Having direct access to the beach was a great alternative however!

La ubicacion muy bien. La alberca muy bien, la playa pues esta cerca. El elevador no tiene capacidad para tantas personas y tuve que quedarme unas veces a esperar. Pero todo bien.
La lavadora parece un poco oxidada, los climas son viejos. Solo eso.

It was comfortable and clean! The view to right is beautiful. The pool and the beach were gorgeous and the area is quiet and relaxing since it’s not in the hotel zone. It has good security.
The view from the balcony to the left is an eyesore, with broken down buildings and old boats here and there. It’s prime real estate on the beach that needs to be cleaned up. The kitchen needs to be upgraded.
