Nice rooms looking like in the pictures. There were 3 rooms on the second floor and we had 2 of them. The 3rd room had its own private bathroom so the shared bathroom was somewhat exclusive to our 2 rooms. High quality accommodation for the price we paid. Staff (Arturo) was very friendly and was flexible preparing the breakfast (coffee, watermelon juice, toasts and jam, bananas and watermelon, ommelette with him and cheese) we enjoyed it a lot. Arturo was quick at answering our questions through Booking.com messaging. We enjoyed the pool considering the heat. It was self check-in and it was relatively easy to get the keys from the lock boxes and get in. If you can afford a place a little more remote, this is a very good option. The beach next to the property is not the most amazing but it's very decent, and you will enjoy a more local experience as it's really local mexicanos hanging out there, not a tourist crowded beach.

Rooms and common areas inside the building are very nice and look like the pictures but the common areas located outside (the rooftop terrasse and the inner courtyard) looked slightly below what we see in the pictures. Including a picture of the swimming pool would also have been useful on the property sheet so we could know what it looked like. Property is part of a gated community and security staff at the gate complicated our life slightly coming in for the first time. Location is not ideal, and while there are a few restaurant options around, we ended up having to book a uber to go downtown to find something cheaper and more varied (walkable options are mostly seafood). So this rental is probably more suited for people who have access to a car, or be ready to spend 60+ MXN per direction (August 2026 price) to have access to better restaurant options in Puerto Juarez center.

Great breakfast; the room is huge with a large bathroom and large private patio! the house is nice and quiet with shared spaces on the main floor to relax, eat, enjoy the patio hammock, and the pool on the roof with a view of the ocean!! Definitely go eat at Kioske Verde!! Lovely local beach right across the street!

Our Host Arturo was very nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with generous portions. I highly recommend this beautiful home and comfortable bedrooms. The pool would have been a plus if the weather had been less windier. A memorable experience for 5 of us traveling together.
