The location was close to the ferry point to Isla Mujeres which worked out great for us. The bathroom looked very nice and our host was very welcoming.
The cleanliness was honestly not great. I let our host know so hopefully she has notified cleaning staff.

We liked the location, very close to Puerto Juarez. The bed was very spacious as it was a king size.
Lots of ants. The room/bathroom were not as clean.

The host was responsive when I mentioned the outside table and chairs were unusable. Chairs broken and couldn’t be sat on. They were replaced and I could sit out and have coffee the next day.
They also responded when the water stopped working. Not a terrible inconvenience as addressed right away.
Gated community where the streets full of potholes and trash visible everywhere.
