Octavia and his mother are absolutely lovely!
They were helpful, gave me lots of good recommendations and were very welcoming and available.
They made sure I was comfortable.
The property is right across the beach and restaurants. It’s also gated and very safe

I had the double room with own bathroom in this shared house. The room was clean and big enough for me. The room (and the rest of the house) was full of art and original details. You share the kitchen and the livingroom with the owner of this house. In the morning you get a small breakfast, freshly made. Octavio and his mom Abril are perfect hosts. They try to help you so good as they can.
There are restaurants just across the street (recommendation: restaurant Barba Negro on the beach). A small Maya place called El Meco is at walking distance. Downtown Cancun is 10 min. away with a Uber.

The house is located right by the beach in a very nice place, really good vibes. Breakfast is delicious!

Beautiful cozy home in a gated community, I felt safe here and in the local area as a solo girl. Close to the beach and beach restaurants, walking distance from some places of interest. The owners were so friendly and made banana bread every morning, they had recommendations of where to visit nearby. There's a lovely garden to enjoy and a cute dog!
