Everything was nice and also super comfy 🫶🏽 I felt at home, Isla Mujeres is super near the ferry and also the restaurants around are delicious and good price

Perfect location. Safe, because its close territory, if You need to drive or come in You must go throw security. Has parking place just under the windows. Beach in two minutes by walk. Close is everything you need - beach, bars, market, ferry to Isla Mujeres (10 minutes by walk). Very helpful owners. Gave us very valuable recommendations about local things, as for example, recommended wild beach which was one of the best places we visited in Mexico. Healthy and a hearty breakfast.

The host, very attentive, helped with everything! The place is very basic, clean and quiet. We had only one night so it was good for us. The price is very good if you are a solo traveler or come for short period.
