Muy amplia cómoda y limpia. El barrio en el que estaba muy seguro. Y en frente había varios barcitos y puestos para comer. Fuimos en JUN 2026 y Playa Niño que está enfrente se encontraba en un estado pésimo! Fuimos siempre a Isla Mujeres, y el ferry se encuentro a unos 15min caminando.
Fuimos en dos oportunidades, la primera no funcionaban algunos artículos, se lo informamos a Arturo y muy amablemente, se encomendó a solucionarlo. Para nuestra segunda visita, todo estaba perfecto!

Der Vermieter war außerordentlich freundlich und höflich. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Toiletten Spülung und er kam sofort vorbei.
Das apartment ist groß und die zwei Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei.
Es ist abseits von den Touri Stränden in Cancun. Und nahe dem Hafen für die Fähre nach Isla Mujeres
Das Bett war schon etwas abgelegen und die Küche verfügte nur über das nötigste, was jedoch erst gespült werden muss, da es sehr dreckig war.
Die Lage ist direkt am Strand, dort aber ist viel los, da heißt es frühs dort sein :)
Abends haben nur 2 Restaurants dort in der Gegend offen.

It is in an excellent gated community. Very quiet jungle on one side ocean can see from roof. Very close to beach less than 5 min walking. The owner more than helpful. Recommend 100 percent. Great kitchen everything you need or ask Arturo he will provide.

It was a new building- set up very well- clean and easy access to taxis- ferry etc! The provided coffee, bed was very comfy and towels were new and fluffy! They had HOT water!! That’s an issue in Cancun!!
Only small things- induction stove top- only one pot worked- not big deal! Could have used a broom
