Que los sartenes que tienen no tienen teflón y la parrilla no detecta otros que no sean esos por lo que tienes que cocinar con mucho aceite

Muy buena ubicacion, Muy segura la Zona, Hay muchas partes donde comprar de comer a buen precio, el transporte urbano pasa en la esquina de la casa, puedes trasladarte a cualquier parte sin batallar mucho, Lo Recomiendo

El único detalle bueno es la ubicación, muy centro y cerca de todo lo necesario
El departamento le falta mantenimiento a varias cosas, el baño tenía una gotera y amanecía todo chorreado el piso, quedó el dueño de mandar a alguien a revisarlo y nunca llegó dicha persona.
