Decent size flat with two balconies and washing machine, basically everything you need. Saul the property helper was friendly and helpful. Good blackout curtains.
The location is very far from all the good stuff. The bed was a bit hard although that comes down to personal preference, the TV was really tiny and the couches were not very comfortable.

The room is huge, has a kitchenette, TV has Netflix, YouTube on it. Nice rooftop pool! Staff was very accommodating, when hurricane hit and Tulum lost electricity, they helped us get a stay in another town for the next night. I liked the location in the center of town, lots of eating options around, Yoga studio right next door, walking distance to coworking spot which I used while there.
The only problem I have with this hotel is that they didn't issue me an invoice which I need to claim expenses. I asked and they refused to give it.

The landlord N. takes care if something is not working. For example I had internet problems and he solved it by getting a repeater and installing an additional wifi. The caretake S. ist close by if anything needs a fix.
Sometimes the ping on the internet was still >150.

Great location close to downtown cancun and short drive to airport. Overall the apt is very clean and comfortable and affordable. Would recommend to everyone. Came to this place from the U.S for 5 days and highly recommend.
