ALCOBY APARTMENT

I ordered 1st floor with a balcony and I got an apartment in the ground floor (yes, it was bigger, but I travelled alone and didn’t use it), I felt wet, 2 days were problem with electricity. In a hall and sleeping room was no window, no possibility to change air in these rooms and absolute dark during day. For this price (like in European big cities, not in Mexico) I expected much more… And at the end of my stay? The whole accommodation was completely empty, I asked for later checkout possibility due to my night flight and it was denied with no reason (I would able to pay for 5-6 more hours). Only two was offered instead.

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse sur le toit , lavabo extérieur, la corde a linge et la balançoire.Cest un endroit et un quartier calme .La proximité des voisins nous a permis de socialiser .

La température de l' eau de la piscine : cela s'est amélioré lorsque la température extérieure s'est réchauffée .

We felt welcomed. The place was clean and close to everything you need. Very walkable from the bus. You don't need a car. Safe neighborhood. Roof top for drying clothes and hanging out. Room muffled out dogs barking bc there are no windows. 2 beds for better sleep. There are other apartments and the ppl were all very nice.

I was disappointed with the kitchen. I have celiacs and cannot eat out. I have to cook all my food. The kitchen didn't meet expectations. This kitchen is for minimal cooking. The apt is dark like a cave. No blankets, just a top sheet. Not a place to be inside all day.

The location is good, not too far from everything and the facilities were also good.

There was a very bad smell coming through the windows most of our stay, There was supposed to be three beds but that was false, The wall had dried up snot on it. We had a plus one in the form of a salamander which was scary at first but we got used to it :(
