Room was clean, decent, and thoughtful. Bed was comfortable with very good linens. Wifi worked fine and the premises was secured. Location is very convenient to just about everything. Online host is very attentive.

No hot water in the morning with very little water pressure. Major turn off for me. Noise from the hallway carries quite clearly into the room whenever someone passes by. I didn't like the idea of having to upload a picture of my ID/Passport to some website after I booked the room.

Me salió una tijerilla en la almohada y quedaron de pasar a revisar pero estoy segura que no pasaron . Antes de llegar les pedí específicamente que por favor se aseguraran de limpiar bien para evitar animales porque iba con un menor pero no fue suficiente. Y salió la tijerilla. Aunado a eso las cazuelas estaban cebosas grasientas y tenían restos de comida pegada por lo cual confirme que el personal de limpieza no las limpia bien. Yo las deje cortadas con agua caliente y jabón para quitarles eso tan asqueroso. De todo lo demás me gustó y lo recomendaría principalmente el buen trato y la ubicación. En general si corrigen estos detalles de la limpieza les daría 5 estrellas.
