Greatly equipped, everything works, clean and cozy apt.
The beach access is limited and the area is very dirty. The hope water in the shower lacks consistency, it kept getting or too hot or too cold for me in the master br. The pool is HOT water.

Nice view and flat in a great location.
Not cleaned properly (kitchen was not cleaned at all). The rear bedroom has a shutter that you are unable to open which makes the room very dark. It's a shame the gym is not available for use by short term tenants as per rule of the conominium. Pleas also note there was a poor smell coming from one of the bathrooms.
