About this apartment rental
This beautiful complex has an ocean view from all their condos, it's a private complex, so there is a security gate at the entrance to be sure only owners and guests are allowed to enter.
This condo is near everything, is minutes away from stores like walmart, soriana, comercial mexicana chedraui even there is a costco not far away, so you have a well supplied vacation.
It has a beautiful garden with charcoal grill where you can spend a great evening grilling your own steaks or fish very close to the pool for the recreation of the whole family, beautiful sunsets when you are relaxing by the pool.
The swimming pool is very big and nice not as crowded as in an hotel, as you can see in the pictures.
The condo has everything you need, and more to get an amazing and affordable vacation.

A: Well distance is around 23 km, but there is several transportation services for you depending the people in your party.
2. We need to rent a car?
A: It's not like you are not going to enjoy Cancun if you don't have a car, but is strongly suggested, and can help you to save money in tours, and you can get more time to enjoy the parks in Cancun with your own transportation.
3. Is there a convenient store close to the condo to buy groceries?
A: Yes, crossing the street from the main entrance is a small store called Extra is kind of a Seven Eleven kind of store.
4. How far is from the main hotel zone?
A: Is like a 5 minutes drive.

The location; the security; noise level; beach front view; balcony privacy; private pool access; customer service; elevator access, we’re all at a 4 star status. The only negative take away, was the beach side restaurant. The restaurant was tasteless; expensive and rude to customers. My advice for new travelers will be, dine with the locals. Eat outside of the resort compound and enjoy.

We loved La Poza so much. We came back after three days on the mainland. Best location, safe building new accommodations. Fabulous roof rooftop pool close to Los burritos our favourite taco place. Will you be back in the spring or next winter or sure Gracias? Thank you for getting us in on short notice on the return and our stay.

Great location, minutes from puerto juarez ferry to island. Grocery store around the corner, cerviche on street corner amazing. Security at front gates exceptional, would absolutely stay again

A good space and condo. The view is splendid. But there where two bad experiences, the toilet lid was broken and of an stay of six days we did not have hot running water and even in the tropics to take a cold shower is not the best experience.
