Andreas war ein ausgesprochen guter Gastgeber. Die Unterlagen zur Wohnung enthalten alle nützlichen Informationen zur Ankunft, Aufenthalten, Umgebung, Besonderheit, Tipps und zur Abreise. Der Blick auf das Meer, die Anlage und den Strand ist außergewöhnlich. Fussläufig kann man sehr gute Restaurants und die Fähren zu verschiedenen Inseln erreichen. Ein Parkplatz für ein Auto ist bei der Wohnung mit dabei. Die Sauberkeit der Anlage ist außergewöhnlich. Bei allen Fragen die wir während des Aufenthalts hatten wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Wir konnten auch unseren eigenen Netflix Account auf dem TV nutzen. Wir hatten viel Sonne, Wind und Meer. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Die Eingangstür könnte eine Türklinke gebrauchen und eine Wäscheleine für die Schwimmsachen wäre nützlich.

Having been to Cancun before, I was looking for a relaxing stay away from the tourist area and stayed here for 3 nights, after visiting another part of Mexico. I loved the view, it had everything you need, including a pool, as well as a washer and dryer that I also used. It was next to the ferry where you can also do a day trip to isla mujeres and there was a great restaurant on the beach. There’s also a convenience store and other little restaurants you can walk to nearby. You can also take a taxi or Uber to other restaurants nearby in the center. (I recommend La habichuela for a 3 course meal; it was delicious) Furthermore, Andreas was an excellent host and provided great guidance and customer service.

I honestly have no complaints. The staff is helpful from start to finish, there is a small OXXO, convenient store right across the street, an AMAZING restaurant a short stroll down the beach…Be prepared that there is no food or water to drink at this complex. If you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way piece of heaven away from the hotel zone, this is it!! Andreas will contact you right after you book your room, and he provides all of the information you need to check in, to get transferred from airport and even options for trips. Hands down one of the best condos I have stayed at through Booking. TY for everything, Andreas!!!
