Dirty throughout, shower pressure really poor, Dirty bathroom on arrival,no ariel or connection on tv, breakfast was disgusting and the place is so run down it shouldn't be open, more like a bail hostel.

There really wasnt anything to like. Apart from location.

Where do i start, arrived at the property with my 2 young children both under 2 years, no option for a travel cot even though I requested one when booking, the place is being renovated I think but there are wires and light fittings hanging from the walls in the reception area.. the lift is absolutely tiny and I couldn't fit my single pushchair in it having to collapse it everytime I needed to go out or get back in, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, so that was an awful constant struggle, the single bed was positioned right under a window that opened fully with no safety latch/lock and nothing to stop my children falling had they managed to open the window, the beds felt damp, the heating didn't work and the room was absolutely FREEZING!!! there was no toilet roll provided, the kettle lead is too short and you cannot plug it in unless you put it on the floor, and if you actually want a hot drink you need to boil it several times, SHARP broken floor tiles in the bathroom, bathroom towel radiator hanging off the wall. shower head didn't fit the attachment that holds it.. there was a dirty sanitary pad stuck to the back of the toilet and in the bathroom bin, the door lock was broken and a staff member had to come and break down the door (literally) to allow me and my children to get back into the room. Luckily we was going home. The place is falling apart and needs shutting down

Court at all costs We booked a double room and a single room here to be close to Bournemouth Pavilion for our daughter's graduation. From the start, communication was terrible. Our pre-arrival message received no reply, and when we called the "hotel" number, we were routed to a German call center that couldn't locate our booking at all. Upon arrival, the reception man was unfriendly. Both rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and were absolutely filthy-by far the worst hotel rooms we have ever seen (see attached photos, website wouldn't allow me to add all of them) The level of dirt and neglect was unacceptable. We could not stay and left immediately, scrambling to find last-minute accommodation far from where we wanted to be. We have requested a refund and haven't had any communication back. This hotel is not fit for guests. Booking.com's description is misleading; the actual conditions are appalling.

Waiting 20 mins to get a room as they were very disorganised as none were clean settled on a twin instead of the booked double - tacky furniture in rooms and hotel hallway stairs smelled of weed.

Absolutely nothing - disgraceful.

They were forewarned that I was a Registered Disabled Military War that my wife was my official carer sanctioned by the NHS. We can and will provide the necessary details required to pursue the appalling and dishonourable treatment we were made to suffer via the legal channels if necessary for full and proper compensation. Please provide full details of your firms application procedure for claiming compensation? Your help in this deeply distressing episode would be greatly appreciated, particularly as I am in Salisbury Hospital at this present moment receiving treatment for my Military Veteran Disability unhelpful by the appalling facilities and attitude displayed by the staff. Extremely disappointing stay, avoid if you value cleanliness or customer service (COCKROACHES)

The bathroom was dirty, with visible scum in the sink. Worse, I found multiple cockroaches in the bedroom. That was the final straw, and I chose to drive back to London rather than spend the night. I was promised a refund that never came. When I tried to follow up, the phone number redirected me to the Belvilla group, who just kept passing me around with no resolution. No one took responsibility or offered any real help. Save yourself the headache, Spend a little more elsewhere for a clean room and basic customer service. If you search Russell Court Hotel on Google which is where Dancenter Seaside Retreat Poole is, you'll find reviews that echo my experience. Please check before booking please check before booking.

لم يكن توفير الغرف حسب الحجز ولا يوجد رقم هاتف في التطبيق للاستفسار عن نوعية الحجز للتأكد من الاسره والغرف قبل تأكيد الحجز. اولا: حسب الحجز بأن تكون هناك غرفتين واحده بسريرين منفردين والأخرى بثلاث اسره منفرده وعند الوصول تفاجأنا بأنه تم حجز غرفتين فعلا ولكن واحده بسريرين منفردين والأخرى بسرير مزدوج وسرير منفرد وبعد مناقشه الموضوع مع الاستقبال تم توفير غرفه بسرير مزدوج وسرير طابقين وهذا لم يكن حسب الحجز ولكن لتمرير الليله فحسب. ثانيا : لم استطع الحصول على عدد الغرف والاسره المحجوز في التطبيق. ثالثا : عطل سخان المياه وحوض غسيل اليدين دورة المياه غرفة ذات السرير المزدوج والسرير الطابقين. وتم ابلاغ الاستقبال ولكن لم يتم الاصلاح. علما ببرودة الطقس في هذا الوقت.

In einem Haus wie in alten Zeiten, aber auch entsprechend einfach.

Das Personal war bemüht und konnte helfen und hat mir eine anderes Zimmer vermittelt, dauerte zwar 30min aber immerhin. Dort war das Wasser in der Dusche auch "schwierig", entweder kalt oder warm, aber immerhin.

Das Haus ist außen neu gestrichen, innen ziemlich herunter gekommen. In dem mir zuerst angebotenen Zimmer konnte ich nur sehr heiß oder kochend heiß duschen, kein kaltes Wasser, dreckige Fenster, Beleuchtung defekt, kein Kühlschrank, lauter Deckenventilator, aber sauberer Teppichboden und bequeme Betten. Bad war sauber, Zimmer - vermutlich durch geringe Belegung - ruhig
