Hide-a-While

I loved everything abut the flat: it was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and extremely clean. The shore, with fabulous views, was only a few minutes walk away and the area had a good sense of community. Hide-a While was well located for exploring the island either on foot or by public transport. I enjoyed a peaceful, interesting and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. Many thanks.

Communication about the keybox code! I had no way of accessing emails once I left home and a text message, sent by prior arrangement with the owner of the property, on the morning of my arrival was not received by my mobile phone. Throughout my stay, the reception on the mobile phone was poor (I think my 'technology' was at fault) and I was lucky to be able to make phone contact with the owner long enough to obtain the code on my arrival at the door of 'Hide-a While'. I really do not know what I would have done otherwise! Perhaps your method of communication could be reviewed to make things easier for those without easy access to up to date technology?

The flat was immaculate with everything you could possibly need.Great location for a nice walk into Rothesay.

Pet hairs all over settee, no cloth to wash dishes or wipe up surfaces

Great good sized apartment with all you need for a self catering stay or a great base to visit the area. Would highly recommend. Easy entry to property.
