Absolutely wonderful.

What didn’t we love about the property? From the minute we arrived we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity, the staff went out of their way to accommodate any of our needs. The room was stunning, and the attention to detail was great, the location was quiet and gorgeous, we watched dolphins swim by as we swam in the pool. The food was absolutely wonderful too. I can not recommend Quenzo highly enough and we can’t wait to come back and stay for a few more days. This is the best resort I have stayed at in Bali so far.

Highly recommended short or long term stay

Quenzo Resort is newly established and beautifully presented, the architecture and furnishings are exquisite, all rooms are spacious for a couple or family and lead out to the pool with a private swim up area. The booking also offered complimentary drinks in the mini bar, fruit on arrival and breakfast. The menu caters for all dietary requirements the food was lovely and perfectly presented. All staff were attentive and provided everything required to make the stay memorable. A stay before travelling to or returning from the Gilli Islands is highly recommended.

Best hotel ever

we had an amazing time at the resort. From the moment you cross the security gate with those nice men, the warm welcome at the check in to the room and the breakfast, every step of the journey is a real pleasure. The friendly and professional staff will be for sure the number one reason of the success of this new hotel. They are very accessible, kind and helpful and i hope the management realize that they have an amazing team! I wish you guys the best success and keep up the good work <3

The potential of this place is incredible.

Despite being hidden away from the crowds, this hotel is truly wonderful. Everything – from the food, to the service, to the overall atmosphere – is at the highest level. You can feel the care and attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. The pool between the villas is pure paradise. Calm, beautiful, and perfectly designed for rest and privacy. It feels like a peaceful escape where time slows down. We are very grateful for the room upgrade for our children – it meant a lot to us and showed genuine thoughtfulness and generosity from the hotel. The staff made us feel truly looked after. The hotel is still developing, and we are certain we will return once everything is completed. The potential of this place is incredible. On a very personal note, this hotel will always hold a special place in my heart – my partner proposed to me on the black sand beach nearby. He chose this location as the perfect one, and it truly was. It made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for an experience we will always remember.

Villas et petits-déjeuners excellents, mais cadre isolé, quads bruyants et baignade impossible.

Un superbe établissement flambant neuf, idéalement situé en front de mer. Nous avons été séduits par la beauté des villas, qui sont tout simplement magnifiques. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner : il est délicieux, particulièrement généreux, et propose des jus de fruits d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un calme absolu, mais il est particulièrement isolé : il n'y a malheureusement aucune activité ou point d'intérêt accessible aux alentours immédiats. De plus, la baignade est impossible en raison de courants très dangereux, ce qui est regrettable pour un séjour balnéaire. Enfin, le choix de proposer des quads bruyants à la location semble peu cohérent avec l'atmosphère paisible que l'on pourrait attendre d'un tel emplacement.

ALLES! Supervriendelijk personeel, alles super schoon en nieuw! In één woord: Fantastisch! Goed zwembad, heerlijke bedjes! Fantastisch uitzicht over de zee. Eten was top! Zeer gevarieerde keuze voor het ontbijt. Maar ook voor lunch en diner genoeg keuze en alles vers bereid! Echt een parel dat nog ontdekt moet worden!

Herrliche Aussicht, der Pool traumhaft, von der Villa direkt in den Pool ♡ und zur Poolbar ☆ Sehr guter Schlafkonfort, alles sehr sauber. Das überdimensionalen Frühstück. Sehr guter Platz zum relaxen und Chillen. Das gesamte Personal war mehr als freundlich und motiviert. Besonders hilfsbereit war Darma, Dede, und der andere Barkeeper, und die jungen Mädchen vom Service ♡

Luxusní resort, soukromá vila, absolutní klid a pocit, že se o vás někdo stará přesně tak, jak má – s lehkostí, úsměvem a respektem. Personál dokonale sehraný, přátelský a přitom nevtíravý.
