The room was bonza and the outdoor bathtub was absolutely beautiful. The view was speccy, and the service was top notch everyone was so friendly. The food was grouse, cooked by a French chef, no less. Spent two nights here and loved every bit of it, especially the epic sunrise. Definitely a ripper of a spot, perfect for a honeymoon!

I had a truly unforgettable 3-nights stay at Sadamatra resort. The room was absolutely stunning, and the highlight was the beautiful outdoor bathtub, decorated with flowers and offering spectacular views of the ocean and the bay. The service was extraordinary. All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the food and drinks were delicious. They even arranged a fantastic snorkeling trip for us to a beautiful spot. I highly recommend this place for its spectacular views and incredible service.

Our stay at Sadamatra was absolutely magical. Waking up to the sweeping ocean views each morning felt surreal. The resort sits perfectly above the bay and offers complete peace. The staff were genuinely incredible so friendly, helpful, and full of warmth.

At night, we did notice a low rumble, likely from the port or waves below, but it was nothing that disturbed us. The food was on the pricey side, but the quality and views made it worth every cent. Plus, no added tax! We’ll definitely return.

We truly enjoyed my stay at Sadamatra. The location on the hill offers an incredible panoramic view of the sea and the Bay it felt like a hidden paradise. The staff were genuinely kind, and the food was fresh and flavorful... 🤩

at night, we could hear a deep rumbling sound from the ocean or village below. It wasn’t disturbing, just something to get used to understandable since the resort is perched on a hilltop. Overall, it was a beautiful and peaceful experience, and I would love to return..!

Our fast boat was cancelled, and Sadamatra was an unplanned stay, but exceptional. The staff are all warm and friendly. The hotel is stunning with beautiful overhead views of Padangbai. We dined in the hotel restaurant for dinner, and to say the food was incredible is an understatement. In summary I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. And can't wait to return again soon.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness by the staff their hospitality genuinely made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure our comfort, and their attention to detail was second to none. One of the highlights of our visit was the East Bali tour, perfectly guided by the resort's Guest Captain. It was not only informative but also deeply immersive a brilliant way to experience the natural and cultural beauty of the region. We also had the chance to go on a stunning snorkelling boat tour, which was simply magical. The underwater scenery and crystal-clear waters were unforgettable. In terms of value, I found the price to be more than fair for what was included. Our stay covered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a variety of drinks, and an excellent pick-up and drop-off service all of which were delivered to an exceptional standard. But the real showstopper? The view. The panoramic vistas from Sadamatra are absolutely breathtaking the kind of view that stops you in your tracks. Whether you're sipping a morning coffee or enjoying a sunrise drink, the scenery is simply spectacular. Sadamatra isn’t just a resort it’s an experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, be looked after, and soak in the stunning beauty of Bali, I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning.

Every meal from a hearty breakfast to a sumptuous lunch and an elegant dinner was crafted by an extraordinary chef whose passion for food shone through every dish. Vanwege annulering van onze fast ferry zijn wij 1 nacht hier gebleven. Het is een mooi hotel, gelegen op een heuvel waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt over de stad. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen door het personeel. Kamers zijn nieuw, schoon en het bed vond ik heerlijk. De kinderen hebben nog kunnen genieten van het zwembad. Je merkt dat er echt wel extra moeite gedaan wordt voor je, extra service. Toen we wilden avondeten werden we met de taxi van het hotel naar de pizzeria gebracht en na afloop ook weer opgehaald. Daarnaast wil ik meneer Jerry nogmaals bedanken voor het meedenken en zijn hulp bij het vinden van nieuwe tickets voor de ferry. De volgende dag hebben de heren ons geholpen met onze koffers tot aan de ferry... echt topservice! Mocht je een keer stranden in Padang Bai of gewoon een mooi hotel zoeken dan is het 100% een aanrader.

Ik vond de prijzen in het restaurant wel aan de dure kant.

Luxe en schoon en goede service zoals gratis lift naar restaurant en de afspraak met lokale restaurants om je daarna weer naar het hotel terug te brengen

Réservé en last minute car notre bateau a été annulé, l’équipe a été parfaite. Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis, le service était parfait, et la vue était sublime. Nous avons également très bien mangé au restaurant, c’était parfait

Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Völlig überteuert und leider bis dato das schlechteste Essen was wir in Indonesien bzw. Bali bekommen haben. Den Fisch haben wir zurückgehen lassen, das Curry & das Nasi Goreng war geschmacklos und trocken. Die Balkone waren so offen, dass jeder Gast oder Security (da es einen extra Weg gab) daran vorbeilaufen konnte. Die Reling war so klein, dass man an gefährlichen Stellen hätte in die Tiefe fallen können. Alles in allem, einfach viel zu überteuert für das was die Location hergab.

J'ai passé un moment fantastique au Sadamatra Resort. La chambre était très propre et le personnel incroyablement amical et serviable, surtout pour notre voyage vers les îles Gili. Les installations étaient excellentes, avec une belle piscine et une vue imprenable sur la baie depuis la chambre. La nourriture était délicieuse et l'internet rapide. En somme, un séjour parfait et relaxant.

Unser Aufenthalt im Sadamatra Resort war perfekt für unsere Flitterwochen. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und hatte eine atemberaubende Outdoor-Badewanne mit unglaublichem Blick auf die Bucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service war ausgezeichnet, sodass wir beschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Nächte zu verlängern. Auch das Essen war köstlich. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub!

Het is een nieuw hotel. We waren de 12de gasten. De kamer is erg comfortabel en alles is nieuw. Goed bed en fijne badkamer met bad. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is perfect, zeker als je in de volgende dag vroeg in de haven moet zijn. We werden gratis daar afgezet, heel attent.

De prijs is aan de hoge kant.

Un chef francais Nicolas à la cuisine raffinée et tres sympa Du personnel tres accueillant Et surtout un responsable de lobby Jerry qui se Démène pour vous suite à un probleme de reservation de bateau pour les iles Gili Merci Jerry. Nous reviendrions sans aucun doute

Le confort inégalable du lit, la vue magnifique sur toute la baie, ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel qui est véritablement aux petits soin. C’était un séjour court mais très agréable

Il manque un emplacement où poser sa valise. De plus la salle de bain n’est pas très pratique pour disposer ses affaires de toilettes, maquillage, etc car il n’y a pas d’étagères

사다마트라에서 2박을 머무르며 정말 잊지 못할 훌륭한 경험을 했습니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절했고, 서비스 하나하나에서 따뜻함이 느껴졌습니다. 가격도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 조식, 중식, 석식은 물론, 음료와 픽업 서비스까지 모두 포함되어 있었고, 모든 것이 완벽하게 제공되었습니다. 특히, 리조트에서 바라보는 전망은 말로 표현할 수 없을 만큼 아름답고 장관이었습니다. 사다마트라는 진정으로 힐링이 필요한 분들께 강력히 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.
