Excellent location and nice area of Edinburgh, shops and restaurants in 5 mins walk, + an entertainment facility just down the road with cinema, bowling, golf, Lazer tag etc + food and drink, the apartment itself has everything you need + it's very different don't think I've ever stopped somewhere like it before, full of big carved expensive wood and lots of little strange ornaments the bathroom is again different with a nice design + the kitchen has everything you need 👍 + it's nice and quiet

The only bad thing I would say is the entrance to the apartment, I know this will be out of control of the apartment owner, but would be nice if all the owners of the apartment's agreed to chip in and get it tided up

Good location with central Edinburgh walkable. Quirky decor and large bedrooms.

Poorly maintained - broken glass in door panes, loose wiring on electric blanket, master bedroom mattress sunken in middle, lounge smells Overcrowded lounge - too much furniture (more than in the photos) leaves little space to use the room. Industrial building site outside master bedroom and kitchen - noise from 7am daily and 24/7 spotlights shining in. Insufficient lighting - low power bulbs means every room is dimly lit Each Radiator was turned off when we arrived despite sub zero temperatures outside.
