Located in Finikas, which is much less crowded and better than Loutro. Clean and modern beautiful rooms with view of the sea. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overlooks a small cove good for snorkeling, you can sometimes see loggerhead turtles here! Lounge chairs/umbrellas available, along with single/double kayak rentals available for a great price. If you go out of Finikas to the right, you can kayak along the coastline and explore caves and beaches with goats skipping on the cliffs above. Next to the hotel there is a nice restaurant and cafe with lovely staff. Water taxis available for pick-up and drop-off. I extended my stay because I loved it so much!

L'établissement Phoenix est tout neuf , construit en 2025
La chambre , le balcon tout est splendide , la vue du balcon est incroyable
La plage de Finikas est très agréable ( il suffit juste de descendre quelques marches pour y être, les transats sont gratuits pour les residents du Phoenix)
Un petit snack juste à côté permet de se restaurer le midi
Nous y avons séjourné en mai, le prix était abordable;
Nous avons vu qu'en pleine saison les prix grimpaient fortement , même en juin et septembre (plus accessible por nous)

Firstly, it is very important for Booking.com to know and all future guests that this hotel is NOT in Loutro. It is in Finicas about a 30 minute walk or 20 minute ferry ride a way. Finicas/Finix/Phoenix is a pretty cove in its own right, but it is not in Loutro. This hotel was built in 2025 and has lovely views. It doesn't have a restaurant, but has a kiosk. This may be because it has not finished the build yet. In other words, it's only half built at the moment.
The design of the bathroom is very odd. It is quite hard to get in and out of, which is unusual. It feels like the hotel is trying to maximise its profits. Sunbeds & umbrella are extra. Even milk for tea costs 2.5 euros. This is off-putting . It is a modern hotel in a beautiful setting, but we wanted to stay in Loutro.
