Sfakia On the Beach

The view! The cool refreshing water to swim in. The excellent AC. Comfy bed. Friendly host. Easy access to port. Walkable town and the famous cookies bakery. Extras in the room like coffee and hair conditioner:D

The location & the views just stunning the best spot in Sfakia Very authentic Greek accommodation & the outside space was perfect for us 🇬🇷 Wish we could have stayed even longer never got tired of our stunning view.

We had to come home 😔

The private terrace was shady with very comfortable furniture. We spent many happy hours relaxing , looking out over the water. The rooms were spotless and well equipped. Cool and comfortable. Parking right at the rooms was appreciated. Sofia was very welcoming and always quick to get back to us if we had any questions. Pre stay communication was excellent.

Even though a laundry service is available, access to a washing machine would be helpful

Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is erg mooi, de kamer is OK en ruim De gastvrouw was fantastisch in haar inspanningen om ons een alternatief te bieden voor de problemen waar we tegenaan liepen. Ze beheert ook een plek 15m verderop en die is klassen beter

Het omgevingsgeluid van aan de ene kant een koelkast van een restaurant en aan de andere kant de wasmachinefaciliteiten van het hotel achter de bouwplaats maakte het onmogelijk om ergens van de terrassen te genieten. Met name dat laatste was idioot luid en zou opgelost moeten worden maar het betreffende hotel vond het allemaal geen probleem omdat ze binnen de randen van de quiet-hours opereerden. De hele omgeving leidt daaronder als de gierende afzuiger aanstaat. Het feit dat de slaapkamer grenst aan de parkeerplaats vond ik niet fijn omdat dat betekent dat je in de ochtend van vertrekkende auto’s wakker wordt.
