Located within 5 minutes\' walk to the lake and the centre of Porto Valtravaglia, this apartment on the first floor of a renovated villa accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
Inside, there is a large open-living area/dining room with a kitchen and cooking island and master bedroom both with splendid lake views. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a French coffee maker, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, and an induction cooking plate.
Outside, there is a large balcony with outdoor dining space provided with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air. There are two separate balconies at the rear side of the apartment, which are suitable as the BBQ area enjoying the view on the lake.
Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the large fenced garden, shared only with the apartment below and there is plenty of parking space available.
