The recently renovated villa is a 5-minute walk from the lake and the center of Porto Valtravaglia and comprises two separate apartments, sleeping up to 12 people. Ideal for families or groups looking for a peaceful holiday.
On the ground floor, you'll enjoy the beautiful private garden, while the first floor boasts stunning lake views. Both floors feature a large open-plan living/dining area with a kitchen and a central island. The well-equipped kitchens include a dishwasher, kettle, French-style coffee maker, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and induction cooktop.
On the ground floor, outside, there's a large terrace with an outdoor dining area furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining overlooking the enclosed private garden. Adjacent to the villa, nestled in the greenery, is a separate area perfect for dining or barbecuing. On the first floor, outside, there is a large balcony with a dining area furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. At the rear of the apartment are two separate balconies, perfect for a barbecue area with lake views.
