The approximately 1. 300 m² large well-kept garden property with azaleas, rhododendrons, camellias and palm trees completes the whole thing, and so you will take many beautiful impressions home with you. The fact that the three apartments are all located on the ground floor and have direct access to the communal garden, they are almost perfect for a complete rental with friends or family. If the rest should ever be too much, can connect to the free Wi-Fi Internet access with the rest of the world. By the way, if you want to escape nature and visit the Lombard metropolis of Milan, you can take the train from Porto Valtravaglia comfortably and stress-free in about 1 ½ hours. L'arrivée se fait en autonomie. Il s'agit de 2 appartements et de 1 studio, loués collectivement. Ils sont très propres. Les photos sont conforment à la réalité. La voie de chemin de fer relativement proche n'est absolument pas dérangeante (peu de train et pas de bruit). Le lac est à distance de marche (5 minutes) et une plage soit en galets soit en sable, publique, est agréable. Le supermarché est encore plus proche. Pour les déplacements et les visites, un bateau part chaque jour de la localité mais le plus simple est d'aller à Laveno en voiture (6 km), de prendre la bateau jusque Intra (15 min) et puis d'aller par exemple en bateau jusqu'aux iles.
Points négatifs : chaque appartement dispose de sa cuisine indépendante ce qui ne permet pas facilement de cuisiner pour un grand groupe. En cas de pluie ou de grand soleil, il y a peu de solution pour s'abriter.
