Villa Maria, Lakefront Art Villa on Lake Maggiore

Unglaubliches Appartment, tolle Lage, der Frühstücksbalkon ist einfach nur ein Traum. Dazu ein toller Vermieter der mir zum Geburtstag eine Flasche Champagner vor die Tür gestellt und als "Abschiedgeschenk" auch noch Ableger einer Pflanze transportgerecht überreicht hatte. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Vielen Dank Antonio!

The welcoming, cosy atmosphere of the villa perfectly matches with the joyful personality of Elisabetta and Antonio, the wonderful owners.

Very pleasant garden. The apartment is nice but only for two persons, it’s the open space, all in one; kitchen, bedroom, living room. With more guests, there is complete lack of intimacy.

We had a problem with the collection of the keys, because the hosts require you to pick up the keys in person until 8 pm and sign the contract (first time such a situation for me). Quite noisy place, the apartment is located on the road leading to the beach, there is constant traffic including a lot of young people (and not only) on motorcycles. Nearby is a helicopter factory Leonardo and that’s why there is constant traffic of helicopters in the sky. There is no store nearby, you have to go by car to a nearby village. The TV didn’t work, wi-fi only worked for 2 days. The apartment is in a different building than in the photo, the door shown in the photo as facing the beach was not made available to us, we had to walk a piece of the main road to the beach.
