The apartment is spacious and well laid-out. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room, a dining room, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional Italian Moka pot and toaster. Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom with beautiful lake views and a single bedroom. An additional sleeping space can also be arranged on the ground floor if required.
Outside, guests can enjoy a shaded, plant-lined terrace with an outdoor table and chairs, set in a quiet, very sunny position, perfect for al fresco meals.

Location
The property is situated in the historic lakeside village of Cerro, which is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere, charming lakeside restaurants, and public beach. The MIDeC – International Museum of Ceramic Design, in the beautiful Palazzo Perabò, is a 2-minute walk away and celebrates the area\'s long-standing ceramic-making tradition. There are also several excellent restaurants just a short walk away, including La Dama del Porto, Il Chiosco di Cerro, Il Circolo di Cerro, and Pizzeria Croce Bianca. The village also offers a small grocery store, an ice cream shop, and a tobacconist.
Sun worshippers will want to head to Cerro Beach, which is less than a 5-minute walk, with sandy and grassy stretches, showers, and a handful of bars and restaurants nearby.
Nearby excursions include the lively town of Laveno (a 6-minute drive / 30-minute walk), home to the famous Laveno Cable Car, which takes visitors to Sasso del Ferro, offering spectacular 360° panoramic views over Lake Maggiore and the surrounding Alps. From Laveno, guests can also take the ferry to Intra (Verbania) to explore the Piedmont shore of the lake and visit the world-famous Borromean Islands. A 5-minute drive will also take visitors to the breathtaking Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, a 12th-century monastery dramatically built into a cliff overlooking the lake.
For a truly unforgettable experience, you can also book a private motorboat (up to 7 guests) for a sunset aperitif on the lake while exploring the Borromean Islands with a local guide. Sailing boat rentals and sailing lessons are also available nearby.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking through scenic woodland trails and cycling along dedicated bike paths.
The nearest airport, Milan Malpensa, is approximately 45 minutes away by car, while direct train links connect Laveno Mombello with Milan in around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
