Every concept about the place is amazing. the view is amazing. the apartment is big for a family. 3 bedrooms. kitchen is very good. dining area and living room is very good.
everything is renovated and feels new.
the balcony in front of the lake is amazing. the parking lot in front of the house (which is free) has steps going down to the water - to a small beach where you can swim in the lake, recomending it for summer.
the restuarnt is high qaulity. there is another bar / restuarnt 50m away.
I would recommend this place very much. my score to it is 10/10. an it definitly worth it.

Very friendly and responsive owner. Great restaurant just under the apartment, owned by the same person. Pets are allowed and the host didn't request any additional payment. Very spacious, great terrace/balcony, good wifi, amazing view, the kitchen is well equipped. The public parking (free) is just in front of the building. The public beach is in just 1 min walk
There is no air-conditioning (while the contract says: turn-off the air-co when leaving the apartment - but in the apartment description there is indeed no air-co mentioned). Not very clean (the sofa in the living room is full of stains, the kitchen cabinets handles, the shower cabin). The apartment is located on the national road (Via Nazionale) so there is always lots of noise, even at night. Only 2 tubes of 25 ml shower gel in the bathroom (when we booked it for 4 nights). We couldn't open the washing machine in the kitchen, so didn't use it.

Toller großer Balkon mit Seeblick. Große Wohnung. Netter Kontakt.
Fenster öffnen leider nicht möglich, da vorne raus direkt die Hauptstraße ist und hinten fliegt schwarze Asche vom Pizzaofen des Restaurants unten drunter rein. Sehr sauber war es nicht, eine runde in weißen Socken durch gelaufen und sie waren fast schwarz. Die Möbel sind alle sehr alt und riechen beim öffnen recht muffig und die Wohnung ist deutlich dunkler als auf dem Bildern. Federkernmatratzen und keine richtigen Decken sondern nur Laken. Fazit: Für eine Nacht oder zwei auf der Durchreise ist es ok, wir würden auf keinen Fall länger dort bleiben.
