About this villa rental
This newly renovated villa, just minutes from the stunning Calde beach, is an oasis of calm and perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
Nestling on a gentle hillside, the beautiful, stone villa sleeps 6 people in comfort. On the ground floor, there is a unique winter sunroom, with a table and chairs, which makes a charming retreat at any time of year. The open-plan living and dining area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV and a dining table for family meals.
The kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.
There is a private fenced garden, with plenty of space for children or pets to run around.

Bedroom 1: A charming room with a king-size double bed, and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom also has a king-size double bed
Bedroom 3: This room has a single bed.
Extra: The stylish sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. There is also storage available.

Bathroom 1: On the 1st floor, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is a separate WC on the ground floor

The apartment is in a quiet spot, surrounded by trees and nature. There is plenty to do at any time of year, including exploring the surrounding hills either on foot or by bicycle.
On the eastern shores of Lake Maggiore, the local towns offer fantastic restaurants and fun days out, whether it is a picnic at the Cascate della Froda waterfalls or a day out on the lake.
For self-catering, guests will be spoiled for choice with the local shops and famous Luino market every Wednesday (15 minutes) which is known as one of the best food destinations on the lake.
Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 1 hour 10 minute drive from the villa.
