Escape to Lake Maggiore from this apartment in a private park in Porto Valtravaglia, an old picturesque village offering bars, restaurants and splendid views of the beautiful lake side.
Located within 5 minutes\' walk to the lake and the centre of Porto Valtravaglia, the apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey villa and accommodates up to 6 or 7 people.
Inside, there is a large open-living area/dining room with a kitchen and cooking island and separate study, both facing the garden and view of the lake. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a French coffee maker, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, and an induction cooking plate.
Outside, there is a large terrace with outdoor dining space provided with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air overviewing the fenced private garden. Next to the villa in the green, there is separate area suitable for enjoying a cosy meal or using it as the BBQ area. Plenty of parking space available.
