Less than 5 miles out from Leipers Fork! Very Cool Retro 1 1/2 bedroom 1 bath Barn Loft with large living room, massive comfy sofa, beautiful antique work desk, efficiency kitchen, and wonderful views in a peaceful setting on the the original OLD NATCHEZ TRACE. Yes, the one Daniel Boone traveled down, and just a few short miles from downtown historic Franklin Tennessee. Great place to get inspiration for that new book, painting or album. It was previously a studio for a famous country songwriter. If you are looking for an experience - this is the place for you!

I’ve stayed at a few places in Leiper’s over the years, this is one of the coolest. The barn is the real deal, not an pre-fab imitation. I loved seeing the horses run in the mornings. Great view to wake up to. When you drive around you can just hear nature singing the next country song. Great host!!!
