About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, (newly renovated), charming 3 bedrooms 2 bath home. Sleeps 6-7. Great screened-in porch and yard. Peaceful neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Franklin. A portion of your fee will be donated to a local charity serving vulnerable women/girls around the world. If you are wondering why there are no reviews yet...we just purchased it and will rent it until we are able to move to Franklin full-time! NOTE - The property is equipped with (4) external security cameras that are located openly at 1.) front door 2.) Rear yard/porch 3.) The side entrance to the garage.) view of the front of the house/yard/street. They are all easily viewable (small, square, black boxes that are about 2" x 2". FYI - There are NO indoor cameras or other recording devices of any kind on the property.

Home was cute and small perfect for my 2 siblings and I to stay and be close together in our time of grieving our father. The house was clean and ready for us. Only 1 small concern that we had but overall a good quiet neighborhood and house to stay at.

Our stay was okay at the house, however we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the grill. The grill was filthy and we did not use it for that reason. Also the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. We could not find a remote for it. No time to call about these things as we were very busy. The house smelled musty. The pillows for the beds were needing to be replaced . It is a charming place to stay but it needs a lot of TLC before we’d stay there again.
Also no cleaning was done on the back porch. It was full of dead bugs and spiders.
