The Space:
We are a cute 1200 SQFT local house on the countryside. This is true local country living.
Bedrooms and Bedding:
There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a King bed each. The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds. The living room sofa converts to a comfortable full size bed. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib, stroller, and high chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows.
Parking:
We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles of any size in our big driveway.
Televisions & Entertainment:
4 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV.
WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 5 mbps: download 25 mbps. (via At&t Uverse)
Kitchen & Cooking:
Full kitchen that comes with large and small appliances stocked with many of the essentials.
Dining Area:
Gorgeous Tennessee designed dining table and seating for 6.
Amenities:
Huge outdoor Fire Pit (charcoal and lighter fluid available in stores nearby)
Outdoor games such as Cornhole and Connect 4
Outdoor dining and seating
Huge countryside backyard with water creek. (The huge 1 Acre backyard does not have a fence enclosure. It is open)

Th house was very clean and we had every th ing we needed. The highchair and stroller were a lifesaver. The king bed NOT attached to the bathroom was broken when we arrived. The slats under the box spring were broke. I had sat down holding my baby and it made a loud noise.

Amazing stay. We would definitely stay again. Private residence. close to all amenities. House was equipped with anything you may need. Host extremely responsive and accommodating.

The location was great. Close enough for a short drive to town, but secluded from noise and traffic. Our kids enjoyed playing in the expansive yard.

Needed a place to stay after we got in town before our house closed.
Positives
Beautiful quiet location. Just down the street from new Ramsey building. Their employees walked up and down the road during breaks. The drive was beautiful and there were fireflies at night. It was close to everything and that was nice.
It was very clean.
Plenty of pillows and blankets. The closets were full of extras of these so that was nice.
Games outside for kids and places to run.
Laundry area which is a game changer on long trips.
Fans in closets for hot nights.
Negatives
Manager is in California. So even though they were very nice every time we communicated, their available hours were difficult. They would normally get back to me around 10 or 11 am the next day.
Beds weren’t comfy. Super hard memory foam.
It can sleep 8 but it can’t really host 8. There is only one couch to sit on and a broken chair. There were only 2 glasses in the cabinet and a lot of things were missing. Towels were very sparse and mismatched. It didn’t feel like it was tended to or updated after the initial update to make it a rental.
There is no cable so you have to sign into your own entertainment to watch anything and the remote didn’t work most of the time.
We booked it primarily because it was on an acre and we thought we could park the uhaul in the driveway until we could move in. When we got there the angle of the driveway and huge potholes made it impossible to park the truck there. So that was a bummer.
All in all it was a decent place to sleep, but I didn’t enjoy staying there.
