Come and enjoy this cozy, freshly renovated home away from home that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from historic downtown Franklin. The Parkside Pines provides immediate direct access through our gated fence to Jim Warren park; including walking/ bike paths, athletic fields, tennis/ basketball courts as well as a playground and skate park. We renovated this home with the sole purpose of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while exploring small town American at its finest in the heart of Tennessee. Come see for yourself, you’re going to love it!

Great home for families- plenty of room , with an extra loft area for kids. Lots of kitchen gadgets and space to cook. The backyard was good big. Only suggestion would be o provide shampoo and conditioner and soap as traveling with it is not the greatest!

Host was quick to provide check in information. House very clean and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay in the house again. Location was perfect.

Our stay was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. House was clean, warm and welcoming from decor to amenities. So many extras and special touches right down to the apple cider hand soap! Kim, our host, was proactive and reached out with check in and check out instructions more than 24 hours in advance and was just a text away during our stay. We were in the area for a family wedding and the house was perfect to host an impromptu meal following the afternoon reception. Downtown Franklin was a short drive away and we enjoyed spending time in The Factory and other nearby sites.I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and her lovely home to anyone heading to the area. Would definitely stay again!

One working shower for four women. The main bathroom was off master for all of us to use. The shower in the hallway didn't work. No stopper in that sink.
