About this house rental

Come and enjoy this cozy, freshly renovated home away from home that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from historic downtown Franklin. The Parkside Pines provides immediate direct access through our gated fence to Jim Warren park; including walking/ bike paths, athletic fields, tennis/ basketball courts as well as a playground and skate park. We renovated this home with the sole purpose of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while exploring small town American at its finest in the heart of Tennessee. Come see for yourself, you’re going to love it!

Three bedrooms are all on the main level of the home, with two twin beds in the bonus room.

The home was lovely, clean, and very welcoming. Adorable decor in this updated home. It is well cared for inside and out. The home was centrally located to downtown Franklin and nearby Jim Warren Park. The host was gracious and always easy to reach. Highly recommended!
