The Cottage has 2 full bathrooms stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner, Body wash & Lotion. The body towels are a generous size! There is also a 1875w blow dryer.
In the living room, with black out curtains and shades, is a sleeper sofa. For your sleeping comfort you can choose soft fluffy bed pillows or more firm options are available.
We strive to use Eco friendly, Paraben free, Sulfate free & Hypoallergenic cleaning and body products.

The cottage/house is beautifully maintained and we could definitely tell that a tremendous amount of care had gone into every detail. Our hosts must own a master's degree in organizational skills because I was blown away at how well equipped and spotless the kitchen was along with all the modern appliances, WOW! The incredibly comfortable beds and spotless cleanliness made our visit feel luxurious and relaxing. We especially loved all the thoughtful extras: the high end body lotion, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The flower decorations were perfect for the season, and the Christmas tree and pillows made the whole place feel warm and welcoming. Oh yes, The outdoor space is just as impressive. The large deck, cozy fireplace, and huge yard made it easy to enjoy the time outside. It made our visit with our grandkids incredibly special. Oh, and I must mention and thank my hosts for the graham crackers, marsh mellows, and chocolate bars, so special and thoughtful.

Becca‘s property is clean, incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Including SUPER comfortable beds/pillows and we loved the retro appliances. Outdoors Included a cornhole game and outdoor fire pit and a beautiful new deck. The only drawback of the property where the red wasps. The wasps made the deck and outdoor activities unusable. Maybe it was just the time of year? Without the wasps, the property is perfect.

Wonderful little house in Franklin Tennessee. Everything was new and there was lots of attention to detail. The deck and the fire pit in the backyard were enjoyed with a s’mores kit ready for us. Sheets and towels were excellent quality. Highly recommend it.
