About this house rental
Nestled on 3 acres between Historic Franklin and Leiper`s Fork , this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ranch style home is the perfect spot to relax or take in the local culture.
Broadway: 24 miles
Franklin: 4 miles
Leipers Fork: 4 miles
Features to note:
* Ranch style home, all three bedrooms are on the same side of the house.
* King bedroom has a T.V. and ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom with a queen.
* Bedroom with two twin beds.
* Outdoor seating, picnic table, grill , and fire pit.
A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

The location was excellent, lots of wide open space around the property and it felt really peaceful. The house itself is a bit dated but still comfortable, everything worked fine and we had what we needed. Communication with the host was good throughout, quick responses whenever we had a question. Overall a solid, relaxing stay.

Great stay! The place was spotless, easy to get to, and the host was excellent about communicating with us! We felt well taken care of and would happily return. My best friend (she is a realtor) was so impressed on the cleanliness of the house! Thank you!
