The kitchen was fully equipped although we didn't prepare any meals there - enjoyed many of the wonderful Franklin restaurants!House was very clean, and the neighborhood was conveniently located and quiet.We had a comfortable and cozy stay!

We love Franklin, so everything was within driving distance. Nice quiet neighborhood, great for families with kids with the play area. We just relaxed and I read the beautiful Bible on table. Very clean home and taken care of.

Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My family loved everything about this property. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and featured a comfortable king bed for a good night of slumber. The kitchen was well equipped and so pleasant to work in and sit at the bar to eat and visit. Our favorite was the sunroom and the ping pong! Location was perfect for our family close to grocery store, and Franklin shopping. Heather and Josh were great hosts both available and responsive! So thankful for the beautiful stay and fun memories made hear at “Franklin, My Dear”.
