About this apartment rental
In the heart of the city center, in an old secure building, a renovated character apartment of 58 sqm
Apartment with a lot of charm.
With its southern exposure its vast living room is bathed in light all day.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
A 180° view of the famous canal and its listed monuments.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
The entrance to the apartment is located in a street where you can drop off your luggage with your vehicle.
Many parking spaces are located between 150 and 300m.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.
This apartment has a sleeping area for 2 people, with a double bed of 160 cm (Queen).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher & oven.
Linen is provided for your stay and a washing machine is at your disposal.

The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas.
There are many restaurants, cafés and beaches nearby.
To access the apartment:
The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min Genève Aéroport - Annecy
The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.
🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat. Everything worked out but it was stressful. The appartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location. If not for the communication, I would have rated higher. I would have been nice to have coffee pods provided, at least for one day.

Bonsoir. Un très bon séjour. Très calme malgré l’emplacement centrale/lit confortable. Mais c’est evident que c’est un nouveau appt. le bouilloire ne marchait pas/ni la
machine nespresso. Outils dans la cuisine il manquait un poêle à frire, pas de tamis pour les pâtes, pas de grande cuillère pour les servir. Après niveau Télévision pas de chaines terrestres/que les chaines samsung…merci

We loved our stay in Annecy and our apartment made our time even more special. To be able to stay in a fully modernized apartment in a 500 year old building is an incomparable event. The view of the old town and the historic prison from the windows was magical. We were met and escorted to the apartment by Maxime who insured we knew how to operate everything in the apartment. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Bel appartement bien situé dans la vieille ville, jolie vue, accueil très sympathique mais literie un peu ferme et oreillés trop mou, nous avons eu mal à la nique.
