I was met by Alessandra near accommodation, which is only 5mins from Alilaguna stop from the airport. Good communication through Whatsapp, as my flight had run a little late. Was shown around, provided keys and also appreciate being able to get change to pay the city tax. Was my 2nd visit to Venice, so wanted somewhere to cook and wash some clothes, and this place was ideal, and no worries that it was on Murano. It was quiet, well heated as it was December and plenty of room for a family. Different vaporetto lines to get you to Burano or Venice, I used a multi day transport pass to get me all around. The Alilaguna to airport is a separate ticket, but Murano is first stop so it's cheaper and efficient. Would recommend this place.

Great location close to everything. Very clean. Everything is new. We were impressed.

A very short but good stay, filling gap between another rental and departure home. Photos do it justice, but even better when there. Very impressed with the layout and quality of materials used for permanent fixtures (kitchen, flooring, windows). Layout is compact yet very efficient use of space and natural light. One queen/140cm bed, separate bedroom, bunk beds (2 singles) in small sleeping room w/window. Bathroom is also well planned and of good materials. Sofa bed (I think) in salon. Kitchen: very well equipped - good quality. Full meals could be prepared (local grocery stores). Location: in a courtyard situated in a campiello/small square, off the main shopping canal, very central, and quiet. 4 flats on same floor (first floor above ground level). This is the only rental flat. Windows facing a wall, almost no vis-a-vis (privacy guaranteed!), slight view to the square. Stairs (one floor up). Great place for a single, a couple, or a family.

I encountered no downside. Communications were very good, and Alessandra showed up within minutes when I had trouble finding the right door (my bad - I didn't look at all photos on listing... It is No.3 inside the small vourtyard, not on the outer street).
