A quiet area, near to an ice cream parlour. 10 minute walk to the train station, 12 minute walk into town. Lovely little balcony to sit out on and have a glass of wine. There is a supermarket about 15 minutes walk away so you can buy groceries and cook at home. Reasonably well appointed kitchen, but no toaster.
Has a washing machine, and drying rack.
Easy afternoon trip to see Leaning tower of Pisa.
If I were to stay in Lucca again I think I would stay inside the city walls where there's a bit more happening.
There are 36 stairs up to access the apartment.

Everything to hand. Cute. Sunny balcony. Very handy for railway station. Close to Lucca walls.
Wasn’t sure how to work the coffee machine but eventually worked it out.
