Lots of space for 4 of us. Stayed 2 nights. Very clean. Nice to have laundry. Tiny elevator, but good to have to move the luggage up. Soft bedding. We enjoyed the small balcony. Location worked for us because we got bikes and were happy to walk a lot. Many places to eat within walking distance. Safe. In our searching, was less expensive than many other places. Just left keys in the place to check out, so that was easy.
Our host arranged a time to meet to give us the keys, which was fine, but not flexible once set. We didn't know what we'd be doing so it was slightly inconvenient to have to stop to go meet them. It was warmer when we visited so we had the windows open at night and it was noisy. It's a busy street. Even on a Sunday night, it woke us up. With windows closed, we still heard cars/trucks/people yelling. Parking in the area is hard to find.

Nice appartment on the 4th floor, small elevator available. Very well equiped and perfect lacation to explore the city.
The second bed was relatively small, one of my sons slept on the sofa instead
