Une surface très confortable et appréciable pour y passer une semaine en famille, un emplacement très pratique avec un accès au métro proche et une super literie. Le petit jardin accessible à la copropriété est un vrai plus.

Manque de rangements car placards condamnés. Travaux non terminés et finitions peu qualitatives pour un bien de ce standing
